Snowflake continues to grow its Partner Program, helping partners onboard and thrive in the Snowflake Partner Network (SPN). As the Global Partner Program Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the performance of Partner Program Specialists, ensuring program objectives are met and that partners have an outstanding experience as they advance within the SPN. This is a high-impact role requiring a strong focus on execution, cross-functional and cross-region collaboration, and leadership.
The Global Partner Program Lead is responsible for ensuring Partner Program Specialists follow standard operating procedures to support partners through key activities, including onboarding and advancing in the program, training and certification, and program renewal. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring that the team delivers measurable results in alignment with program goals and driving program activities directly with partners.
Requirements:
Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English.
Additional language capabilities (Plus - Japanese or Mandarin)
Experience managing people and building teams
Must have Customer or Partner service experience
3 to 5 years of Job Experience in the following roles: Partner Programs, Partner/Customer Support, Partner/Sales Operations, Project Management, Sales, Teaching/Training, Customer Success Management
Exposure or previous experience in channel programs (Plus)
Ability to drive a high volume of projects while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills are needed. (must)
Ability to develop and deliver messages and presentations to executive audiences
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and work in a leadership role
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and partner experience enhancement
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on partner success and program management
Responsibilities:
Oversee the results and performance of Global Partner Program Specialists to ensure program objectives and partner milestones are met
Act as a point of escalation for any partner-related issues and provide guidance on resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, enablement, and support, to drive program success
Ensure consistent delivery of best practices, program requirements, and onboarding processes to partners through the team
Monitor team performance metrics and ensure alignment with SPN program objectives.
Identify gaps and opportunities within the partner experience, propose solutions, and lead initiatives to enhance program effectiveness
Provide coaching and mentorship to Partner Program Specialists, helping them deliver high-quality support to partners
Lead strategic initiatives to scale the SPN program and enhance partner satisfaction
Continuously assess the effectiveness of the onboarding and enablement processes, making recommendations for improvement
Work in collaboration with the other Program Acceleration Centers to ensure consistency and standardisation
Interact with partners via verbal and written communication; present key information and resources using prescribed presentation materials and superior presentation skills
Guide partners through the SPN programs and their associated tiers
Drive program onboarding engagement, ensuring that the partner has an outstanding experience
