Snowflake is searching for a highly motivated and experienced (Senior) Global Stock Administrator to add to our growing equity team. This individual will report to the Director of Global Equity Administration in our Legal department. This is a hybrid role that can be based in our Dublin, CA office, or our Menlo Park, CA office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the administration of the company’s equity programs
Track and monitor International quarterly and annual filing deadlines
Partner with Payroll and Legal to ensure compliance with global reporting requirements and securities laws
Provide support for domestic and international tax reporting and filings, including global mobility.
Recommend, lead, and participate in automation and process improvement projects to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our equity administration data management and reporting
Management of our third-party equity administration platform (Fidelity)
Audit and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and yearly equity roll-forward
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Payroll, HR, Tax, and Treasury, as well as external service providers
Respond to equity-related inquiries from employees
Assist in developing our employee education materials and communications and conduct employee trainings
Maintain best practices with respect to SOX controls, governing stock plan documents, and applicable processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of equity award data
Prepare and Review Section 16 filings and track beneficial ownership
Create, update, and maintain stock plan procedural documents as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification required
6+ years of prior experience in equity administration, with at least 3 years at a U.S. based public company
Prior experience with Fidelity, Workday, and KPMG preferred
Experience leading equity training sessions and presentations
Proficiency in Google suite and MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills
Experience with various SEC forms and filings preferred
Experience with International equity administration with an understanding of accounting, tax, and securities law requirements.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders in fast-paced environments
Strong organizational and project management skills with experience in process improvement
Excellent business judgement, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
The estimated base salary range for this role is $168,000 - $220,500.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
