Senior Workplace Specialist - EMEA Experience & Operations

The Role

Snowflake is looking for a Senior Workplace Specialist to join the Global Workplace team and support the operations of our EMEA office portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities focused towards enhancing the service experience for employees, guests, and partners using Snowflake offices. You will contribute to creating and maintaining a pleasant, aesthetic, and functional work environment, supporting employees in experiencing a high level of organisational effectiveness, communication, safety, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Remotely manage serviced office locations, working with vendors & local leaders to build a consistent experience

  • Oversee day-to-day Workplace operations, ensuring a clean, safe, functional and engaging office environment.

  • Support workplace projects across the region, developing procedures, policies and streamlining processes.

  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operational delivery.

  • Implement SLA’s that lead to better alignment across office portfolio.

  • Utilise workplace technology, ensuring accuracy across space management platforms, dashboards and service desk tools.

  • Support initiatives within the global Programs, i.e. Health & Safety, Food & Beverage, Technology, Sustainability, Security and Emergency Response Team

  • Own process & procedure documentation, improving alignment across the EMEA region.

  • Manage workplace ticket system, create and review KPI reports, track new and existing trouble tickets

  • Attend vendor QBR’s ensuring compliance with Snowflake standards.

  • Operational & administrative support to regional Workplace leadership as requested.

  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for efficiency, innovation and enhanced employee experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Workplace positions or similar roles (fast pace environment – big plus)

  • Exhibit analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills.

  • Strategic approach to planning/problem solving combined with hands-on approach. Proven organizational skills. Strong execution skills meeting short deadlines - a must.

  • Have an excellent track record of establishing relationships, influencing and negotiating competing priorities among business partners

  • Experience driving consistency across regional processes

  • Have a proven ability to deliver concise and simple written and verbal communications to cross-functional stakeholders

  • Customer centric approach.

  • Proficient with GSuite & Slack. Familiarity with Workday, ZIP, Envoy a bonus.

  • 3 days a week to be spent onsite in our London Offices
