Strategy Manager - EMEA People Strategy & Programs

We are seeking a "Swiss Army Knife" for the EMEA People Strategy and Programs team to drive alignment, operational excellence, and program execution. This role is designed for a driver who can operate in extreme ambiguity and manage the high-level strategy and granular administration required to scale a world-class people team. You will serve as a strategic partner to the Director, People Partner of EMEA, translating ideas into clear plans, strong operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes.

This position ensures EMEA People priorities are translated into clear plans, strong operating rhythms, consistent regional messaging, and measurable outcomes across GTM, G&A, and Engineering. The role blends strategy execution, program leadership, stakeholder coordination, executive enablement, and regional communications.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Planning &, Communications & Operating Rhythm

  • Roadmaps: Translate EMEA priorities into actionable execution plans and milestones.

  • Cadence: Design and manage the EMEA People Team Operating Cadence (staff meetings, leadership forums, quarterly planning and QBR preparations) ensuring clarity of ownership and follow-through.

  • Communications: Own the EMEA People messaging rhythm, ensuring consistency across regions and People functions. Draft regional narratives for leadership updates, policy changes, and briefings.

  • Global Alignment: Ensure alignment between Global People messaging and EMEA execution, adapting content thoughtfully for regional nuance.

  • Executive Support: Prepare structure briefings, presentations, and narratives for senior People leaders. Represent EMEA People priorities in selected forums as delegated.

Performance & People Programs

  • Execution: Lead the EMEA performance excellence cadence including calibration cycles and governance processes

  • Insights: Drive regional action plans based on Employee Voice (EVS) and Pulse survey data.

  • Program Alignment: Partner with Global Talent and Learning Teams to coordinate leadership development initiatives Across EMEA. Support execution of EMEA talent branding, DEI initiatives, and employee engagement programs ensuring regional alignment with global strategies while tailoring delivery to local market needs.

  • Employee Experience: Partner with People Shared Services and Recruiting to optimize onboarding across EMEA

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Internal Liaison: Align People Business Partners, People Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards, and other People COEs for unified delivery and consistent communication.

  • Business Partnership: Maintain touchpoints with GTM (Go to Market) and Engineering leadership to surface talent risks, organizational changes, and support needs.

Operational Excellence & AI Enablement

  • Process Scaling: Identify and lead opportunities to simplify and automate People workflows.

  • AI Innovation: Pilot AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, insight quality, and decision support.

  • Operational Clarity: Clarify handoffs between specialist People functions and Shared Services to strengthen the EMEA operating model.

  • Lifecycle Excellence: Develop scalable playbooks and communication toolkits for key lifecycle moments (onboarding, manager changes, exits), aligned globally and localized where needed.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in HR Operations, Program or Project Management, or a Chief of Staff role within a global organization.

  • Strong operational and program/project-management experience with proven ability to drive projects to conclusion

  • Experience working in a global environment with the ability to translate global strategies for regional rollouts

  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear executive narratives and recommended action plans

  • Proven ability to design and manage complex regional operating rhythms to drive accountability, clear ownership, and systematic follow-through across functions.

  • Expertise in orchestrating multi-channel communication strategies and partnering with regional leaders to deliver consistent, high-impact messaging for large-scale initiatives and organizational change

  • Possess anearly adopter mindset in regards to technology with experience in process automation and AI-driven HR tools

  • Proven ability to build trust with senior leadership and global specialist functions
