Campaign Program Specialist

The Campaign Program Manager (CPM) is the primary delivery partner for our marketing campaigns. You are responsible for taking high-level campaign briefs and turning them into reality. You don’t just "check boxes"—you manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring every webinar, email, and landing page is delivered on time, within spec, and with zero errors.

This role is built for a project management expert who thrives on organization, technical precision, and cross-functional collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Timeline Ownership

  • End-to-End Execution: Drive the campaign production schedule from the initial kickoff meeting to the final launch date.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Strategy team and our shared services teams, including Creative, Web, and Marketing Ops.

  • Resource Tracking: Monitor the progress of all campaign sub-tasks, proactively identifying risks to the timeline and communicating updates to the Integrated Campaign Lead.

2. Campaign Program Management

  • Execute end-to-end campaign delivery, owning processes, tools, promotional channels activation, asset delivery, and lead delivery. Including webinars, content programs, strategic event support, third party programs, and ad hoc working group needs:

    • Set Up & Promotion: Own set up process and designated promotional channels. Take the campaign brief and bring it to life on our channels.

    • Technical QA: Perform rigorous quality assurance on all digital assets, checking for broken links, typos, mobile responsiveness, and brand alignment.

    • Ticket Management: Open and track all tickets for creative assets (emails, social banners, landing pages) in our project management tools (e.g., Asana/Jira).

    • Submission Standards: Ensure all requests sent to the Creative and Web teams follow the standardized "Bill of Materials" and meet required lead times.

    • Platform Management: Own the technical setup for webinars (e.g., Zoom, ON24), including registration pages, automated confirmation emails, and console staging.

    • Recording and Live-Day Execution: Manage the "behind-the-scenes" production for live events, ensuring speakers are prepped and the technical broadcast runs smoothly.

    • Post-Event Logistics: Coordinate the delivery of on-demand recordings and ensure lead lists are correctly routed to the sales teams.

3. Email Ownership

  • Coordinate with Marketing Ops to stage emails, ensuring that audience segments are correctly targeted and the deployment schedule is locked.

  • Optimize emails based on AB tests and campaign data, partner with ICM to ensure best possible email copy and targeting based on data.

4. Innovation & Data

  • AI Innovation: Surface ways to streamline current processes for the team and innovate on current channels

Channel Innovation, Testing, & Reporting: Own performance on email, web, mutiny, etc. including testing, optimizing
