Come build data driven and data enabled workflows to help Snowflake manage its fleet of end user compute devices. We are looking for someone who wants to build automation, wants to use data to find solutions, and help us manage our fleet of laptops, mobile devices, VDI, App Streaming services, and other technologies related to end user device management. Snowflake is a global company with employees spread across our planet, we are looking for someone who wants to bring a great user experience to our users at scale across the planet.

WHAT WE EXPECT :
Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship
Currently pursuing any relevant degree to this job.
Basic understanding of Operating Systems
Fundamental knowledge of Computer Science and Systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desire to learn new technologies.
Work closely with team members to help accomplish day to day tasks and contribute to long term projects.
High level of customer service with a “can do” attitude

Build automation to accomplish goals while reducing labor.

Write technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Work on our code as infrastructure flows with GitOps.
Basic System Administration of macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android and MDM tools
Work with support teams as an engineering escalation point.
