WHO YOU ARE
We’re growing fast and looking for a Creative Producer to join our Brand & Creative team. In this role, you will be dedicated to specific projects—scoping project briefs; creating, managing, and tracking workback schedules and project trackers; and collaborating with the traffic manager to resource the work. This role will schedule and lead meetings, identifying action items, roles and responsibilities, making sure plans are adhered to or modified as needed. The Creative Producer will raise any concerns around risks while helping craft solutions, and keep all parties informed of status and next steps. This role will collate the different workstreams for complex projects and function as the source of truth for the team as well as our stakeholders, serving as one main POC. The focus of this Creative Producer role will be supporting and project managing Brand Design Motions Graphics and Social delivery and but will also manage other projects such as campaigns, events, and brand asset creation and management. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Brand Operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create and maintain project plans, workback schedules, and project trackers with a primary focus on Motion Graphics delivery and Social projects but also Brand Design delivery for non-Motion Graphics related projects
Coordinate with the Brand & Creative team to ensure team members have all the information, briefs, specs, files, and GTM strategy they need to action, create and deliver high-quality work within the specified timeframe
Manage and lead reviews/stand-up meetings, set agendas, and capture/distribute meeting notes, defining and assigning action items
Develop and maintain strong relationships with and functioning as a liaison between Brand & Creative, stakeholders and cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Global Events Marketing, Content Marketing, and Demand Generation, in addition to agency and vendor partners
Understand and break down specs and deliverable lists for teams, consistently ensuring on-time and to-spec delivery of assets to stakeholders/partners
Evaluate, iterate, and improve upon processes within the Brand & Creative team and processes between B&C and stakeholders
Closely collaborate with Operations Manager and Traffic Manager to ensure proper resourcing based on project needs and timelines
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE
A blend of education, extensive hands-on experience, management skills, and proven ability to drive successful creative initiatives
Marketing and event experience, preferably in B2B technology and/or B2B agency environments
Working knowledge of motion graphics and video production
Experience working in fast-paced start-up environments and high-growth companies
Results-oriented self-starter with humility, empathy, responsiveness, collaboration, and consensus-building skills
Strong work ethic with a high degree of accuracy, technical acumen, creativity, and follow-through
Strong project management skills and experience working successfully with cross-functional teams, as well as outside agencies
Proactive approach to adopting new software, tools, and processes; comfortable evaluating emerging technologies and bringing recommendations to the team
Ability to juggle multiple inputs from key stakeholders against tight timelines
Confidence in managing a high volume of projects in parallel, working in project management systems, and delivering meaningful updates to your key stakeholders
Strong creative intuition combined with a comprehensive knowledge of creative production
Solid understanding of required file formats for motion graphics, video, print and digital delivery
Exceptional communicator who can both influence and listen to find common ground
Ability to roll up sleeves and diving into the work while leading well under pressure
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION
Proven experience with 6+ years of project management experience leading well known business to business and consumer brands
Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or similar discipline
Proficient in Google Workspace apps: Slides, Docs, Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Experience with/working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—particularly Adobe After Effects, Figma, Wrike, and Canva
Interest in AI tools and automation (e.g., generative AI, scripting, workflow optimization) and a willingness to explore how emerging technology can enhance creative production
Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, training, and a strong track record of success as a creative producer
