At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

What You Get to Do in This Role

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to diagnose customer challenges, develop account strategies, and build PoVs to open up new conversations and build business justifications to close deals

  • Value Lifecycle Management: Execute value-based activities throughout the sales cycle to drive consumption and ensure customers realize the full ROI of their Snowflake journey.

  • Quantitative Analysis: Deliver high-impact Value Assessments pre and post sales.

  • Executive Presence: Create and present compelling business cases and value realization reports tailored for CXO audiences.

  • Practice Innovation: Contribute to the development of new value assets and collateral, specifically focusing on building and refining AI-native tools for pre- and post-sales conversations.

  • Sales Enablement: Educate sales teams on value engineering best practices and the effective use of AI tools to enhance value-based selling.

  • Travel: Ability to travel 25-30% to support key sales efforts and industry events.

In Order to Be Successful in This Role, You Need:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in value consulting, management consulting, or financial/investment analysis.

  • AI Tech Fluency: Proven ability to build and deploy AI-native tools to scale value conversation

  • Financial Acumen: Deep expertise in ROI and TCO concepts, with the ability to demonstrate practical use of NPV, IRR, and Payback metrics.

  • Cloud & Data Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise cloud economics and data management concepts, including Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, and Data Science.

  • Communication: Outstanding presentation skills and executive presence, with the ability to translate complex quantitative data into qualitative business stories.

  • Domain Expertise: Knowledge of FinOps concepts and experience with industry benchmarking in sectors like Financial Services, Retail, or Healthcare.

  • Mindset: A go-getter, naturally curious and collaborative demeanour

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
